I have been helping people build and preserve wealth for over 30 years in the financial services business.

I developed the necessary skills as a boy growing up in the small, rural town of LaGrange, Texas, where hard work and integrity were part of every aspect of life.

That character was further developed on the baseball field. Years of practice and perseverance led to the opportunity to play in college and later with the Chicago Cubs Organization.

My conviction that the lessons learned on the field are essential has led me to help lead baseball camps in Germany, become involved with Coaches Outreach (a ministry that starts bible studies for coaches at high schools) and officiate high school sports. 

I have been married for 41 years to my wife, Shelly. We have two grown children and three grandchildren.
